Class M4 756 Surprise Visit to Kandy

Yesterday(12) an incredible fleet happened. After its last journey to Kandy back in 2007 with an oil train, Class M4 756 reached Kandy yesterday hauling Matara-Kandy train, it had been a total unscheduled run, Matara Kandy train upon its return from Matara to Fort had no loco to pull the Kandy stretch, so the same M4 loco had been used, the best part is it has no Dynamic brakes and even the sandbox had been empty if it was full with sand, still does not have automatically sanding capacity.
