Transport Minister Pavithra stated that train services within the provinces will resume from October 25 and it is possible to resume Inter-provincial train services from November 1.
Transport Minister further said that season ticket holders will ONLY be able to travel on train services which will resume from October 25.
According to SLR, there are planning to operate total number of 133 train services from October 25 and they will increase train services based on passenger demand.
